Terms of use.

These terms cover studionnagency.com, its machine-readable documents, the public MCP endpoint and the in-page WebMCP interface operated by STUDIONN AGENCY, S.L.

You may use the public interface to retrieve StudioNN information, check available introductory-call times, submit an enquiry and book a call for yourself or for a person who has authorised you.

You must not use it to impersonate another person, submit unlawful or abusive content, probe private systems, bypass rate limits or create unwanted invitations.

submit_project_enquiry and book_intro_call change external state. A client or agent must call them only after the user confirms the exact action. The caller must reuse the same idempotency key when retrying an identical request.

An availability result is not a hold. A time becomes booked only when the booking tool returns status confirmed.

StudioNN aims to keep public information and tool contracts accurate. Live systems, networks and third-party providers can fail or change. If a tool returns an error or does not return explicit confirmation, the action must be treated as incomplete.

The public tools do not take payment, sign a contract or accept a commercial proposal on StudioNN's behalf. An enquiry or introductory call starts a conversation only. Any engagement requires a separate written agreement.

StudioNN's brand, original site content and service materials remain protected by their applicable intellectual-property rights. Machine-readable access does not grant a licence to reproduce the service or present StudioNN content as another provider's work.

Users and connector providers are responsible for the instructions, data and authority they provide to an agent. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
