• Information you submit in an enquiry, including name, email, company and project context.
• Booking information, including the selected time, attendee email and meeting purpose.
• Operational data such as tool name, success or failure, duration, user agent and a salted hash of the connection address. StudioNN does not store the raw IP address in its agent telemetry.
• Information sent by the agent or connector you choose to use. That provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

• To answer enquiries and take steps at your request before a possible engagement.
• To create a calendar invitation when you explicitly request and confirm a booking.
• To protect the service, prevent duplicate or abusive actions, diagnose failures and evaluate tool reliability under StudioNN's legitimate interests.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations where they apply.

StudioNN does not use these tools for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

StudioNN uses Vercel for hosting and web analytics, Supabase for the protected action store, and Google Calendar to check availability and create confirmed invitations. Each provider processes the minimum information required for its role under its own data-processing terms.

Private calendar event titles, attendees and descriptions are not returned by the availability tool.

Enquiries and bookings are kept while StudioNN handles the request and for the period reasonably needed to maintain business and legal records. Operational telemetry is kept only while useful for security, reliability and evaluation. Records are deleted or anonymised when those purposes no longer apply.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where applicable by emailing felipe@studionnagency.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

StudioNN limits public tools to defined inputs and outputs, validates actions on the server, requires confirmation for writes and uses idempotency controls. This policy may be updated when the service or its providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
