3. Inputs are validated again on the server.
4. Tools use the minimum data and action scope required.
5. Costly, destructive or consequential actions require explicit confirmation.
6. Tool calls and failures should be observable and auditable.
7. Externally sourced or user-generated output must be marked as untrusted.
